Shoes: Fini will accept a return or exchange for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage by the customer, as long as the exchange is initiated within 14 days of the order delivery date.  Process an exchange via this LINK. Items must be returned with all Fini tags still attached and must be in their original packaging, such as shoe boxes.

Made-to-order drops: No returns, exchanges, or refunds allowed for items bought during drops.

 Ready-made: Products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 14 days following the delivery date.

 Information on Exchange and Return:

You will love our products, but we have also made returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credit easy by providing a return label. You will need to drop off the package at any Carrier Store, DropBox, Customer Center, or with any Carrier driver. If a carrier is not available in your area or you prefer not to use our label to exchange your items, you can use any other trackable method, at your expense. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit. 

A $20 handling fee is charged for Returns

A $12 handling fee is charged for exchanges.

Once your package is received, we will process your exchange.

Return Insurance:

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return. 

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.
